Identity of the Data Controller

This clarification text has been prepared by Mesh Invest as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. Our aim is to inform you about the methods of obtaining your personal data, the purposes of processing, transfer to third parties, the legal reasons for processing personal data, and your rights.

In accordance with Article 3 of the KVK Law, personal data refers to all kinds of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Our institution carries out personal data processing activities by taking the necessary security measures to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the right to privacy.

Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

Your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, province information, and any personal data you may include in the message and subject fields, which you provide to our institution as a visitor to our website and by filling out the forms on our website, are processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Submitting requests, complaints and suggestions through the corporate website and contacting you when necessary.

  • Providing you with information if your personal data has been processed.

  • Informing you of the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose.

  • Informing you of the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred.

Transfer of Personal Data

Within the framework of Article 8 of the KVK Law regarding the transfer of personal data, the personal data you transmit to us as a visitor to our institution's website will be processed by our institution and will not be transferred to any third party or institution.

Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reason

Your personal data will be processed based on your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVK Law, which requires the explicit consent of the individual for the processing of data. Your personal data is obtained automatically through the forms on our website.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the KVK Law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, everyone has the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed.

  • Request information if their personal data has been processed.

  • Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose.

  • Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom their personal data is transferred.

  • Request the correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

  • Request the deletion or destruction of their personal data, and request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

  • Object to a result that is to their detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.

  • Request compensation for damages in the event of harm resulting from the unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding your requests and complaints within this scope, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by:
